Developer jjkkyu, also known for TrueAncestor SELF Resigner and more, is back. This time updating his PKG Creator application now dubbed as TrueAncestor PKG Repacker. The update brings the ability to package PS2 Classics, .p3t theme files and packing retail & debug license. The application, for Windows, has been rewritten and is a must have for many of your PKG file needs.
